When you browse through mooncake.nl you just know you will spend hours on their site.
That is, if you are a foodie and generally interested in staying up to date on the newest and the yummiest on the variety of foods in our country.
Jonneke de Zeeuw, the founder of Mooncake, tells us about the best hidden gems (where to eat – from Pakistani to Russian), organizes food tours in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, shares recipes I want to make today and in the Mooncake Webshop you can order the already famous Mooncake Foodiebag.
The Mooncake foodiebag we were lucky enough to get to try a few weeks back was right down my alley: Indian, Pakistani and Surinam-hindustani influences in NL. The bag, costing 45 euros only, was full of products I always wanted to try (like tapioca and a fun recipe on how to use it – mega yummie!) and if the long list of goodies were not enough, you get free recipes for every ingredient, tips of where to eat and shop the best Indian, Pakistani and Hindustani food and ingredients and (and I love love love this) a movie list and playlists to get in the mood.
Can’t wait to order the next Mooncake Foodiebag and can’t wait to hear what the theme will be!!
